I spent 22 years in hotel corporate life. The hospitality industry without a doubt prepares you to work with so many personalities and types of people. I am confident in the skills I have developed & know they translate into all areas of corporate life.

 

Executives:

I spent so many years growing, learning, and developing myself into an executive leadership role. I did so through strategic and measurable planning, but a realistic timeline. I can help those who are in the growth process and also those who have made it, but have lost balance between life and work. The bravest thing I ever did in my career was learn to choose myself over all other areas. Once I did this, my family life dramatically improved and I found more happiness at work, but most of all, I found true life balance. My life was lost without this balance and nothing ever felt good.

Company/Group:

In my corporate career I have led large teams of other executives/peers. I have spoken to various group demographics from owners/investor, senior leadership, peers, and  people growing in their careers. I have always been able to always bridge the gap with various people and styles of thinking. This area of my learning can help when you are trying to bring a team together to work towards the same goals -- bottom line,  making you more effective & profitable!
