Counseling

When we work together in a one on one environment, we will establish what goal you want to improve on. During our weekly session we will review the progress you have made towards your goal. We will talk about additional wins you have had through the week even if the item does not directly match your main goal. We want to keep our dialog and focus on positivity.

 

Overcoming obstacles will be a part of what we discover together. When you set out on a path to change, various life items will create road blocks. What we will do together is navigate a path around them and take down the barriers they create.

When you choose yourself and no longer allow perceived walls to stand in your way, you will find balance.

 

Life balance is the key ingredient to overall wellness. 

 

What I will also share is the things that I have learned working with my coaches and therapist. 

 

Once you make the choice to work on your happiness all areas of your life naturally fall into place.
