One on One Coaching

Service Description

We work together in one hour sessions to start by identifying your goal. As we progress in our weekly sessions we collaborate on how we can progress towards goal completion and build on your success. We take time to understand the obstacles that may prevent us from making progress and we create what I call a Pivot Plan. There is no definitive timeline for how long your process can take. In reality I feel we are always improving and doing our best to move forward, having a partner to help you stay on the course and not give up is what this is really about... to me. Thanks, Ed
